As you may know, it can be very frustrating sometimes to get support in the tickets and other places so, we are officially announcing a way of providing Support remotely. This is through an application called TeamViewer. TeamViewer is a Remote Access Tool that let’s us access your computer with the ID and Password that you provide. Providing remote support will also help us troubleshoot the issues you are facing quicker.
NOTE: We can only access your computer when you give us your Password. Passwords are randomly generated. Once you close the application, the password is regenerated  Here at RapidTechHosting, we take security very seriously so, we will never:
-Delete files
-Modify the computer in any way/shape/or fashion
-Change passwords
-Disable mouse
-Send files
-Run .EXE/.DMG/.BAT files
-Proceed without authorization
